How does the STTORM service work?
Retail: You book a collection day for your Laundry. We will collect and process your Garments. We will deliver your clothes to your home.
When will I get my laundry back?
We try our best to ensure that your clothes get delivered to you at the promised time. All wash, dry and fold orders will be returned in 48 hours. In case we’re overloaded, please bear with us.
Do you offer a next day service?
Additional Charge will be applicable.
What services do you offer?
STTORM offers the following services,
- Darning
- Washing and Ironing together
- Only Ironing we will have to consider
What are your store timings?
We do not have stores, all our booking happen via the app and each of the customer appointment is assigned to the respective Hub catering to that locality. We are open from 9am to 8pm every day.(Sunday off)
What areas do you provide pick-up and drop?
Need logic option as serviceable / non serviceable.
I don’t want others to handle my clothes. Can I do my own laundry?
No, we collect the laundry from your house and the experts in the plant will process as per the specific requirement of garments.
Do I have to pay for Collection and delivery?
No, Collection and delivery is done at free of cost
Is there a minimum order?
Yes a minimum charge applies to every order. For a single pickup one should give a minimum of 15 garments or the bill value should be not less than Rs.400.
How do I pay for my Laundry?
You can pay for your cleaning either by paying the delivery boy on delivery, by cash or card or by setting up a direct debit with us.
What happens if I’m not at my home when my order is being collected / delivered?
If a collection is being made and you are not available you will be sent a email of the estimate of the garments collected. Delivery of the garments will be made at a convenient time post confirming your availability.
Are my clothes safe with you?
Yes our workers combined have over 20 years’ experience within the dry cleaning industry, so you can be sure in the knowledge that your clothes are in the safest hands. We inspect every item of clothing, making sure to clean the garment according to the manufacturer’s label. However if there are specific cleaning instructions for a particular garment please make us aware of this during the collection of the garments. If there are any problems, Our team will get in touch with you for seeking your approval before processing.
What happens if you cannot remove a stain?
Unfortunately, there are some instances in which a stain cannot be removed. We will notify you of this prior to delivery. But before we arrive at this conclusion, we will do everything in our power to try and remove the stain. Your clothing will go through a four step inspection during its cleaning process, this enables us to identify any stains on the garment as well as maintain our high quality.
If a stain cannot be removed will I still be charged for the cleaning?
Yes. You will still be charged as the item will have gone through the whole washing process.
Can you clean something that is not listed on your website?
If you have something that is not listed on our website, please contact us, and we will tell you whether we can process or not.
Where are my clothes cleaned?
All cleaning is processed at our central plant.
Do you mix my clothes with other people's clothes?
We understand what hygiene means to you when it comes to your clothes. However As a commercial laundrer we make lot sizes as per the machine capacity and wash the garments. In order to maintain hygiene we wash all the garments at a certain temperature which neutralizes all kinds of bacteria.
Do you also use fabric softeners?
Fabric softeners are used for specific garments and it can be provided on request.
Do you also provide Dry Wash?
Yes we provide Dry Wash.
Can I wash comforters, blankets, or quilts?
Yes. Please see our charge sheet for further details.
What modern techniques do you use in laundry management?
Yes we have the ultra-modern technologies in laundry management.
- Customer identification Tagging, for sorting and billing purpose
- Shuttle service of logistics running from plant to hubs in the city for timely delivery
- Less of man power in the plant as well advanced censored machines doing the works
- We have more of skilled, well trained and dedicated manpower which caters to the needs of Customers
- We have a computerized routing delivery system to ensure lesser miles and delivery costs
- Timely Door-step delivery / Express Delivery if required by the Customer
- Hygiene and cleanliness is maintained throughout the laundry cycle, from collection of soiled garments till delivery, packing in biodegradable and recyclable covers
